Thank you for visiting and shopping at Studio 1153. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policies

Shipment processing time
Most packages are shipped in 2-3 business days with the exception of special orders, customized items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Studio 1153 ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Studio 1153 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Exchange or refund is NOT permitted on custom designs.

 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: • The product was purchased in the last 30 days • The product is in its original packaging • The product isn’t used or damaged • You have the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

Please contact us before you send the product: • By email: sales@studio1153.com. Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to: 1153 Warrens Way, Manning, SC 29102. 

 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Studio 1153.  If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
